Emily really understood what mattered to us and created a trip that felt completely personalised and thoughtfully organised. We had time to relax in Naples after each excursion, our transport provider was friendly and always on time, and it was a pleasure to be looked after by a local, who added an authentic touch to the whole trip. Visiting Herculaneum and Pompeii was a particular highlight - our guide was truly exceptional, making the visits truly memorable with an excellent command of English and an impressive knowledge of world history as well as the sites themselves.

Our Concierge was brilliant and super helpful - we'd recommend travelling with Original Travel based on her help alone! The Concierge was a new thing for us as previous travel companies did not have this feature, and we thought this was invaluable. We particularly enjoyed the food tour in Ragusa, seeing Mount Etna, driving in Ortigia and the sunset in Marsala. It is the first time we have used Original Travel and we were very happy with the service.

Emily really listened and understood what I was looking for, and developed a fantastic itinerary based on that. The personalised tour of Siena was a real highlight - I had asked if we could see some James Bond filming locations, and our guide took a lot of time to review the films and take us to the exact streets, balconies, doorways and squares seen in the films. We all loved it, especially our boys, who are James Bond enthusiasts.

Ischia was a real highlight - swimming in the sea, pottering around gorgeous local towns and dinner at Castello Aragon with stunning views. We also loved decompressing in Capo La Gala for a few days at the start of our trip. Our son loved swimming in their beautiful pool, and I loved simply sitting on our balcony watching the sun go down and hearing the waves - bliss! The Ravello music festival tickets were amazing - a bucket list item crossed off! Valeria, who helped to organise our trip, was superb.

Exceptional, genuine, tailored recommendations and clearly well thought through with passion. Both hotels were spot on to my brief, quirky, boutique and bags of charm and character. Love the app, this is a genius touch. And the reading list touch was lovely - again, so much thought had gone into this. The Concierge was so responsive, so helpful and so knowledgable about local places. The whole experience was memorable.

The hotel in Sorrento was beautiful and lived up to expectations and the tour of Pompeii was great. Murillo was really helpful in resolving the challenges we had.

Within a couple of days of our introductory call, we had a full itinerary and a better trip than I could have planned on my own. I would highly recommend working with Emily, she was amazing to work with and extremely helpful. The staff at the hotels were extremely attentive to us because they knew we had booked through Original Travel. The app made everything easy to follow throughout our long trip, and the Concierge were always quick to respond with great information. Every excursion that was booked was a 10/10 experience. Nothing that could have been better - it was the best honeymoon I could have asked for.
