Pat was amazing, a true credit to Original Travel. He pulled together a fantastic itinerary and made insightful suggestions for things we could do that we hadn't thought of. He was generous with his time and expertise. We couldn't have asked for more. Would give 5+ if the ratings scale above allowed me to! The comms coming out of the UK are great. The app is particularly good. Some really lovely gifts awaited us at the hotels / on the boats courtesy of Original Travel. This was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. We had the holiday of a lifetime. We have zero complaints and wouldn't change a single aspect of our holiday. Give Pat a massive bonus! He's an incredible ambassador for your company and really knows his stuff. Truly outstanding.

Ollie and Maggie were superb keeping us abreast of unavoidable changes and rearranging the itinerary as flights changed. Can't praise the service enough. Two other examples of this were: arranging a first class hotel and a meal on the day of our 50th wedding anniversary, and also the change of boat. Ollie negotiated a cabin upgrade and when we saw the new boat and cabin we laughed, as it was so much better than the one we expected! There were too many memorable moments to mention, but one particulary special one was standing on a sand bank in the Ecuadorian rainforest, as dawn arrived on the morning of our 50th wedding anniversary. We both agree that the trip with your company exceeded our expectations. Thanks to all involved.

Kate had to cover all the rerouting, chasing luggage, rebooking and so on. She was immediately available late at night and took every step to ensure that when we disembarked from any particular flight, everything had been sorted out along with suggestions of activities (which we didn’t do as the kids were generally wiped out!). Her level of engagement gave me confidence that any immediate issue would be resolved while my family and I were in the air. I want to make sure that Kate and the team’s effort here is fully recognized. Again, she did a great job in looking after us and my family and I hugely appreciated her immense dedication and support.
