Luxury Hotels in Nha Trang

Evason Ana Mandara

The Evason Ana Mandara is on a private stretch of white sand near the Tran Phu Boulevard in Nha Trang, the coastal capital of the Khanh Hoa province.

This luxury beach resort consists of 74 elegant rooms and suites within 17 splendid villas, all with their own private terraces and with views over the tropical gardens that encircle the resort or over Nha Trang Bay itself.

Dining is at the main Pavilion restaurant or the more relaxed pool bar. There is also a Six Senses spa in a coconut plantation offering a wide range of relaxing beauty treatments. For those who like to enjoy Tai Chi or Yoga as a holiday therapy, there are always lessons available. There's also a pool, table-football and a floodlit tennis court . If water-sports or diving appeal, the resort has a 5* watersports and PADI diving centre.

Why We Love It

The beautiful grounds require the love and attention of five full-time gardeners.

Amanoi

Amanoi is - surprisingly - Aman resorts' first venture into Vietnam. We say surprisingly because it seems amazing that it took the hotel group until 2013 to jump on the Vietnam bandwagon. They're playing catch up pretty well, though, as Amanoi sits in an enviable position looking down on the exquisite Vinh Hy Bay.

There are 31 pavilions (some with private pools) and five multi-room Aman Villas designed along typically understated Aman lines but with distinctive Vietnamese styles in evidence. All the rooms have decking terraces with sunloungers. Away from the pavilions and villas, most of the action takes place in the Central Pavilion, modelled on a traditional Vietnamese communal hall and home to the restaurant, bar, library and another huge terrace offering knockout views. This is also where the Cliff Pool, one of the hotel's two big pools, is located.

The Aman Spa is beside a peaceful lotus-strewn lake on a lush hillside and there are five treatment rooms where guests can enjoy treatments from massages to wraps, plus a yoga pavilion and Pilates studio.

Finally, overlooking the sea is the Beach Club, another spot for light lunches or dinners, and the place to arrange watersports such as kayaking and snorkelling in Vinh Hy Bay. There is also a second swimming pool here.

Why We Love It

In keeping with Amanresorts' naming policy, Amanoi means 'peaceful place', which sums it up pretty nicely.

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay

There are a variety of accommodation options to choose from at Six Senses ninh Van Bay, with villas spread along the beach or scattered among the hills and the dramatic rock formations.

All feature private plunge pools and sunbathing areas, and most offer fine views of the South China Sea. A comprehensive range of facilities is available, including a Six Senses spa, daily Tai Chi and yoga sessions, a swimming pool and gym, and tennis, volleyball and badminton courts.

In addition, a watersports centre offers windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, snorkelling and a fully equipped scuba diving school. Other activities include mountain walks and local excursions by land and sea. Last but not least, the resort's restaurant serves excellent fusion cuisine.

Why We Love It

Accessible only via a 20-minute boat ride from Nha Trang, the hotel has a dramatic setting on a sheltered bay, with towering mountains behind, a white sand beach and a coral reef offshore..
