The team were very receptive to input and helpful and overall the trip to Venice was very good. Guides were knowledgable and supportive. Would definitely consider using Original again. UK staff very helpful.

Highlights included the visit to Monreale and Villa Tasca with a very nice guide, and the visit to Palazzo Gengi where we were given a guided tour by the Principessa. Emily could not have been more helpful.

Rome with the children was such a wonderful experience and so reassuring to have the organisation and back up of Original Travel to support it. The Concierge was excellent, always available and ready to help.

So nice to talk to real people that listen! Very much liked your approach and assistance. We stayed in three very nice hotels. None over-fancy, but all really personable and friendly. Great recommendations. Really liked the surprise of the second hotel outside Catania.
